How do I start a return?

Email contact@bingxu.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. A return authorisation and instructions will be issued. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

What happens if my item is defective or faulty?

Faulty items, including custom orders, are covered regardless of the return window. Bing Xu will repair, replace, or refund at its discretion, in line with UK consumer rights law.

Most items will be delivered within two weeks. Some custom items may take longer.

We want you to love your Bing Xu purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to help — subject to the terms below.

Eligible for return

Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, or 30 days for store credit/exchange.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags/dust bags included.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Not eligible for return

Custom, made-to-order, monogrammed, or bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present at delivery.
